This programme focuses on key legal issues posed by information and knowledge society – new legal phenomena (Internet, e-commerce, e-media, e-governance etc.). The aim of this Master’s programme is to enable the graduates to cope with the various questions concerning IT Law in private and public sectors. Therefore, it is not just teaching the existing legal frameworks on IT Law, but also encouraging critical appraisal of them. The programme participants get a profound knowledge of the latest developments in IT Law, its areas of applications and its realisation in practice.Highlights
